Saputo Inc. is a leading global dairy processor that produces, markets and distributes a wide array of dairy products including cheese, fluid milk, extended shelf-life milk and cream products, cultured dairy products, dairy ingredients, and dairy alternative cheeses and beverages. The company offers these products under market-leading brands such as Saputo, Armstrong, Stella, Treasure Cave, Cathedral City, and private labels to retail, foodservice and industrial customers across four sectors: Canada, USA, International and Europe; it operates 58 manufacturing facilities and approximately 19,400 employees worldwide with leading positions as Canada's top cheese and fluid milk processor, among the top three cheese producers in the USA, the leading branded cheese and dairy spreads manufacturer in the UK, a leading dairy processor in Australia, and the top dairy processor in Argentina. Founded in 1954 and headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, Saputo products reach over 60 countries. In fiscal 2025, the company advanced its global strategic plan through operational optimizations including restructuring of UK operations, ramp-up of its automated cut-and-wrap facility in Franklin, Wisconsin, USA, capacity expansions in the USA sector, and generated $362 million in net cash from operating activities while maintaining a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 1.8x; it also benefited from an increased stake by CDPQ to approximately 4.5% via a roughly $378 million investment in 2024, alongside leadership transitions with Carl Colizza as president and CEO in August 2024 and new C-suite appointments.
