The company offers a portfolio of consumer brands including Glass House Farms for premium greenhouse-grown flower; PLUS for THC-infused gummies in various doses, ratios, flavors, and functional ingredients; Allswell for affordable flower, pre-rolls, and gummies; REEFORM for products supporting cannabis reform initiatives; Mama Sue Wellness for wellness-oriented cannabis items; and additional offerings such as Forbidden Flowers and FIELD, alongside raw cannabis, cannabis oil, edibles, flower jars and bags, single and multi-pack pre-rolls, tinctures, and biomass for wholesalers; it also provides retail services through its Farmacy branded stores including in-store pickup and home delivery for adult-use and medical customers. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Long Beach, California, Glass House Brands conducts all operations within the state across cultivation sites like its SoCal Farm and Padaro Greenhouse Farm, targeting recreational and medical cannabis consumers through three segments: Retail; Wholesale Biomass; and Cannabis-Related Consumer Packaged Goods. Recent developments include the completion of Phase II expansion at its SoCal Farm with Greenhouse 5 commencing commercial operations in January 2024 and delivering first full-quarter production in Q2 2025; the acquisition of PLUS Products, California's fourth-largest edibles brand, and three NHC dispensaries; the launch of Allswell as a value brand achieving top flower sales by units in Q2 2024; a partnership with Eaze to introduce PLUS gummies in Florida; and a hemp research and development agreement with the University of California, Berkeley in 2025.
