- GSP Resource Corp. is a Canada-based precious and base metals exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of copper, gold, silver and platinum-group-elements mineral properties in southwestern British Columbia. The Company’s principal assets comprise the 100%-owned Alwin Mine Project, a 575-hectare past-producing copper-silver-gold property in the Kamloops Mining Division, approximately 18 kilometres west of Logan Lake and adjacent to Teck Resources Ltd.’s Highland Valley Copper operation; the adjoining Mer Property, which is being explored for porphyry copper mineralization; and the Olivine Mountain copper-gold-PGE property in the Similkameen Mining Division. Its services and activities include mineral-property acquisition and optioning; geological mapping and compilation; historical-data consolidation and reinterpretation; geochemical soil, rock and surface sampling; geophysical and hyperspectral surveys; resource modelling; permitting; diamond drilling; core logging, sampling and assay analysis; and target generation for potential open-pit, underground, high-grade gold and porphyry copper mineralization. GSP Resource Corp. was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Company completed the accelerated acquisition of a 100% interest in the Alwin Mine property in January 2025 and filed an NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate technical report for the project that month. During 2025 and 2026, it combined exploration activities across the adjacent Alwin and Mer land packages, advanced new porphyry copper and high-grade gold targets through geochemical, geophysical and hyperspectral work, and received a multi-year drilling permit for Mer. In May 2026, the Company completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement generating aggregate gross proceeds of approximately C$1.22 million. It subsequently completed an expanded 2026 Phase 1 diamond-drilling campaign totaling approximately 1,801 metres in eight holes at Alwin and Mer, including step-out drilling around its Alwin high-grade gold discovery and the first modern drill testing of the Mer porphyry copper target. In August 2026, GSP regained a 100% interest in the Olivine Mountain project following the expiry of Full Metal Minerals Ltd.’s earn-in option, and it continues to evaluate additional drilling and exploration programs across its British Columbia portfolio.
