The Trust, listed on the Singapore Exchange in December 2006 and headquartered at 333 Orchard Road in Singapore, is managed by First REIT Management Limited, which is 60% owned by OUE Limited and 40% by OUE Healthcare Limited; these sponsors hold a combined 45.17% stake as of 31 December 2024 and provide rights of first refusal for pipeline assets including hospitals from PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk. With total assets under management of S$1.12 billion as of 31 December 2024, a gross floor area of 450,085 square meters, 100% occupancy, a maximum of 6,531 beds and rooms, and a weighted average lease expiry of 10.6 years (with nearest renewals in December 2025), First REIT targets stable distributions to unitholders from its resilient healthcare-focused portfolio primarily leased to PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk in Indonesia and established operators elsewhere. Recent developments include a strategic review launched in early 2025 following a preliminary non-binding letter of intent from Siloam to acquire its Indonesian hospital portfolio, alongside ongoing execution of the 2.0 Growth Strategy emphasizing tenant and geographic diversification amid forex pressures from the Indonesian Rupiah and Japanese Yen; the Trust maintains no major refinancing until May 2025 after prior debt optimizations including perpetual securities repurchases and a S$225.7 million term loan refinance in November 2022.
