Business
Wacker Neuson SE manufactures light and compact construction equipment for customers in construction, gardening and landscaping, agriculture, municipal services, recycling, rail transport and manufacturing sectors; its core offerings span light equipment including concrete technology such as internal and external vibrators, compaction tools like rammers and vibratory plates, demolition equipment, generators, lighting, pumps and heaters; as well as compact equipment encompassing excavators, wheel loaders, tele wheel loaders, telescopic handlers, skid steer loaders and dumpers; complemented by services such as used equipment sales, spare parts, financing, repair and maintenance, rental and telematics. The company operates under strong brands including Wacker Neuson, Kramer, Weidemann and Enar, with production sites in Germany, Austria, the United States, China and Serbia, and maintains a global presence serving markets across Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa and other regions. Founded in 1848 and headquartered in Munich, Germany, Wacker Neuson SE listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in 2007 following the merger of Wacker Construction Equipment AG and Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG. Recent developments include the 2022 acquisition of Enar Group to bolster concrete compaction capabilities, expansion of the zero-emission portfolio at Bauma 2025 with new electric excavators EZ26e and EZ10e alongside electric wheel loaders and advanced wheel loaders like WL750, WL950 and WL1150, a long-term agreement with John Deere for mini and compact excavators in the Americas, ongoing $30 million expansion in Menomonee Falls, USA with a major warehouse slated for 2026, and improved operational performance in 2025 with narrowed full-year guidance after a challenging 2024 amid cost management and inventory optimization.
