Sankyu Inc. provides comprehensive logistics, plant engineering and construction services primarily in Japan and internationally. In December 2024, Sankyu completed the acquisition of Sanyou Kogyo Co., Ltd. to bolster its operations; the company also revised its Medium-Term Management Plan 2026 amid shifting market conditions and outlined Long-Term Management Strategy 2030 focusing on evolving demographic and environmental challenges.
