The company structures its operations across two primary divisions: Home & Outdoor, and Beauty & Wellness. The Home & Outdoor segment features an array of household and outdoor items, encompassing culinary tools and accessories, storage and organizational solutions, small kitchen appliances like coffee makers and tea kettles, along with cleaning and bath fixtures. This division also provides infant feeding and drinking products, child seating, and nursery items, alongside insulated drinkware, food containers, soft coolers, and various technical and travel packs for outdoor activities. Key brands in this category include OXO, Hydro Flask, Osprey, and Soft Works. The Beauty & Wellness segment is dedicated to personal care and health devices. Its offerings comprise hair styling tools, grooming brushes, and an assortment of liquid hair care and treatment products. Additionally, it provides health monitoring devices such as thermometers, blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, and humidifiers, as well as water filtration systems and air purifiers. Notable brands within this segment include Vicks, Braun, Honeywell, PUR, Hot Tools, Drybar, Revlon, Curlsmith, and the recently acquired Olive & June nail care brand. Helen of Troy distributes its diverse product portfolio through various retail channels, including major merchandisers, pharmacy chains, warehouse clubs, home improvement centers, grocery and specialty stores, beauty supply outlets, and e-commerce platforms, reaching consumers directly and through wholesale partners. The company was founded in 1968 and maintains its operational headquarters in El Paso, Texas, with its corporate base in Hamilton, Bermuda.
