Incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2011 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2012, the company is headquartered in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, and operates primarily through its subsidiaries in Mainland China, with additional reach in Singapore, Taiwan, and internationally; it is a subsidiary of China Health Management Investment Limited.
