Star Group Asia Limited maintains operations across Asia, with expansion into South Korea in 2018 via Star Properties Korea. It functions as a subsidiary of Star Properties Holdings (BVI) Limited. In 2021, the company underwent corporate restructuring to establish three core subgroups: Star Properties Subgroup for properties; Metropolitan Lifestyle Subgroup for lifestyle businesses; and Galaxy Capital Subgroup for finance, forming a diversified conglomerate. Recent activities encompass investments in unlisted private equity funds and profit participation bonds in associates, alongside ongoing property projects such as potential developments in Kwun Tong and explorations in other Asian markets like Japan. As of December 2024, the company reported current assets of approximately HK$1,619.0 million.
