Grown Up Group Investment Holdings Limited, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the design, development, manufacture, trading, and sale of bags and luggage products and accessories; medical related products; and tool storage products and accessories. The company provides product development and supply chain services for bags and luggage products, operates under original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) models, and exports its products to customers including brand owners and their licensees. It serves markets in Hong Kong, Europe, North America, the People's Republic of China, Asia-Pacific, and internationally, targeting the consumer discretionary sector with a focus on footwear, accessories, and luxury goods segments. Founded in 1989 and headquartered at Flat D, 7/F, Block 2, Tai Ping Industrial Centre, 55 Ting Kok Road, Tai Po, Hong Kong, the company is a Cayman Islands-incorporated investment holding entity and a subsidiary of GP Group Investment Holding Limited. In recent developments, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Ricktake Development Limited (formerly Yu Li Gao Development), entered into a share redemption agreement on March 3, 2025, with Legend Gainer Limited, an independent third party, to sell 1,100 preferred shares for approximately US$1.23 million (HK$9.6 million equivalent), following an initial subscription in 2023; this transaction was completed as part of the company's investment management activities. The company issued supplemental announcements relating to its 2024 annual report, including details on its share option scheme, and revised its 2024 annual cap under a framework supply agreement in November 2024. Additionally, it appointed a new auditor after Grant Thornton Hong Kong Limited's resignation due to fee disputes and reported expected net losses for fiscal year 2024 while noting ongoing cost control efforts.
