The company serves airline customers primarily in Mainland China and internationally across 22 countries and regions including Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Europe, North America, Latin America and Africa, with a fleet of 181 owned and managed aircraft as of June 30, 2025, comprising mainly Airbus A320 family (CEO and NEO), Boeing 737 NG/MAX, Airbus A330 CEO, Boeing 787 and COMAC C909 models, supported by a committed order book of 114 aircraft (88 Airbus and 26 COMAC). Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Admiralty, Hong Kong, it operates as China's largest independent aircraft lessor and Asia's first listed aircraft leasing company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since July 2014. In recent developments, the group delivered 11 aircraft in the first half of 2025 including three A321neo to United Airlines and one to Korean Air via remarketing, signed its first new aircraft lease with Thai Airways, completed sales of 19 aircraft and two engines generating HK$294.7 million net gain, upsized its warehouse facility to US$700 million with 20 global banks, issued RMB1.5 billion five-year corporate bonds at 2.38% via subsidiary CALC (Tianjin) and sold an A319 airframe to Satair Chengdu to expand end-of-life solutions.
