In November 2025, Unity Enterprise Holdings completed the acquisition of Newco Construction Engineering Limited for HKD 35 million through issuance of 28.19 million consolidated consideration shares at HKD 0.0385 each and a promissory note of HKD 24.15 million, making the target an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary whose results consolidate into group accounts; this transaction adjusted the shareholding structure with the vendor holding a 16.67% stake.
