Jiangxi Rimag Group Co., Ltd. (2522.HK) operates as a leading medical imaging services provider in China, investing in and managing a network of imaging centers that deliver comprehensive diagnostic solutions across the healthcare sector. The company offers three core business segments: Imaging Center Services, which provide examination and diagnostic procedures including MRI, CT, PET-CT, X-ray, ultrasound, mammography, fluoroscopy and other modalities through flagship, regional collaborative, specialized medical consortium and operational management centers serving patients and healthcare consumers; Imaging Solution Services, which assist hospitals and medical institutions in selecting, purchasing and implementing imaging equipment with modular support solutions; and Rimag Cloud Services, which support data management, AI-driven operations and cloud-based imaging platforms for information sharing and remote diagnostics. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Ganjiang New District, Jiangxi Province with principal operations in Beijing, the group maintains 106 imaging centers across 16 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, employing 1,362 staff and targeting grassroots healthcare, public hospitals and social capital institutions to address resource imbalances. In recent developments, Jiangxi Rimag listed its H shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's Main Board on June 7, 2024, raising net proceeds of approximately HK$183.48 million to expand its imaging network, pursue strategic partnerships and advance overseas markets in regions including Hong Kong, Macao, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The company entered strategic cooperation agreements in 2024 and 2025, including a comprehensive partnership with Huawei Cloud in September 2024 for joint regional imaging centers, cloud-based personal health records and overseas expansion; a collaboration with Lianren Health in October 2024 for digital medical imaging alliances; and a data co-development deal in November 2025 with Beijing entities. Additional milestones encompass a RMB100 million investment in Shanghai Medical Image Insights for AI diagnostics in October 2025, winning the Tianjin Beichen Hospital medical project bid, trading CT scan data on the Shanghai Data Exchange, releasing the world's first full-modal medical imaging large foundation model via affiliate Yinghe Yimai, and board changes including new Chairman Chen Zhaoyang in November 2024.
