Shandong Molong Petroleum Machinery Company Limited was founded in 1986 and is headquartered in Shouguang, Shandong Province, China, with exports to markets including America, Russia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, North Africa, and South America; its products serve oil and natural gas, shale gas, coalbed methane, coal mining machinery, boiler manufacturing, engineering machinery, energy drilling, urban pipeline networks, and wind power casting sectors, with major domestic customers encompassing PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, and Yanchang Petroleum. In recent developments, the company signed a technology implementation license contract with Hebei Xinggang Technology Co., Ltd. for its proprietary HIsmelt furnace rehabilitation metallurgical technology, which has reached international leading levels and is positioned for broader application as a new profit growth point; it advanced new product developments including special buckling tubing and casing, three-time thickening special threads, long plunger anti-scaling travelling barrel pumps, eccentric-valve pumps, feedback heavy crude pumps, double-seal pumps, anti-corrosion sucker rods, and medium-carbon alloy steel sucker rods while optimizing line pipe materials and heat treatment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs; additionally, Wuhu Zhiying Project Investment Partnership completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in subsidiary Shouguang Baolong Petroleum Equipment Company, and the company relocated its registered address to No. 99 Xingshang Road, Gucheng Street, Shouguang City in June 2022 following shareholder approval.
