Business
Shanghai Qingpu Fire-Fighting Equipment Co., Ltd. engages in the manufacture and sale of fire-fighting equipment and pressure vessel products. Its core product portfolio includes fire extinguishers, fire extinguisher cylinders, and fire-fighting accessory equipment under the "Pujiang" brand, which are widely applied in national construction projects and exported internationally to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. The company also produces edible CO2 cylinders that meet international standards and are exported primarily to Germany and Europe. Shanghai Qingpu operates through six business segments: Fire-Fighting Equipment; Aquarium Products, manufacturing and selling aquarium-related goods; Marine Fire-Fighting Equipment, providing sales, installation, and inspection services specifically for marine fire-fighting systems; Inspection Services, offering fire technology and marine fire-fighting equipment inspection to ensure regulatory compliance; Property Investment, involving leasing of office and industrial buildings; and Trading, which covers diverse product trading activities. Founded as Shanghai Qingpu Fire-Fighting Equipment Factory, the company was renamed Shanghai Qingpu Fire-Fighting Equipment Co., Ltd. in December 2000 and is headquartered in North Point, Hong Kong. It operates primarily in China, the European Union, and other international markets and is a subsidiary of Liancheng Fire-Fighting Group Company Limited. In recent developments, Shanghai Qingpu reported a 12.5% revenue increase to RMB 65.7 million for the first nine months of 2025, despite a decrease in earnings to RMB 4.0 million attributed to owners. The company’s gross profit rose to RMB 21.5 million in the same period. Notably, its ultimate holding company underwent a name change to Liancheng Qingda Fire-Fighting Technology Group Company Limited. In December 2024, Shanghai Qingpu completed an acquisition expanding its fire safety training business and related intellectual property, strengthening its strategic position in the fire safety sector. The company also continues to expand its marine fire-fighting equipment installation and inspection services alongside property investment operations. These moves align with its strategy to enhance product offerings and service capabilities in the fire safety and related fields domestically and internationally.
