China Regenerative Medicine International Limited (8158.HK), an investment holding company listed on the GEM board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since 18 July 2001 and founded in 1995, is principally engaged in the provision of aesthetic medical and beauty products and services, as well as medical products and services; its core offerings include tissue-engineered products such as ActivSkin, China's only living-cell tissue-engineered skin, and Acornea, the world's first bio-engineered cornea for transplantation; bioactive cosmetics under the Aimiya brand for anti-aging and healthcare; the Ascara biomedical skincare brand developed in partnership with Switzerland's Mila D’Opiz Group; cell storage, preparation and therapy services supported by its University of Oxford Technology Centre; and hospital administration alongside overseas business activities. Headquartered at Suite 2310–2318, Miramar Tower, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong, the company operates seven modernized manufacturing facilities in Hong Kong, Xi’an, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Tianjin and Changzhou across China, primarily targeting healthcare providers, patients and the beauty industry in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China. In March 2024, the group substantially modified terms on other receivables of approximately HK$236 million from a PRC service provider, derecognizing the original asset and recognizing a new interest-bearing receivable repayable in five installments through December 2028, alongside a HK$17.3 million modification loss; it continues negotiations on a December 2023 capital increase agreement for a 33.3% stake in Changzhou Bomei Biotechnology Co., Ltd. via subsidiary CRMI HK Health Technology Limited; and reported a profit of HK$17.8 million for the year ended 31 December 2024, reversing prior losses through revenue growth to HK$90.6 million driven by increased PRC visitors to its Hong Kong clinics and a HK$12.3 million expected credit loss reversal.
