- Homeland Uranium Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration and development company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of uranium and uranium-vanadium properties in the United States. The Company’s principal activities comprise geological mapping; prospecting; rock and soil sampling; airborne magnetic and radiometric surveying; historical-data compilation and interpretation; drill-target generation; reverse-circulation and diamond drilling; mineral-resource evaluation; permitting; and assessment of potential uranium and vanadium recovery methods. Homeland’s primary assets are its 100%-owned Coyote Basin and Cross Bones uranium projects in northwestern Colorado, within the northeastern Colorado Plateau and the Piceance Basin. Coyote Basin, located near Rangely, Colorado, is a carbonaceous shale- and sandstone-hosted uranium-vanadium project containing four identified prospective stratigraphic horizons and a non-current historical uranium-vanadium resource estimate; Cross Bones, located in Moffat and Rio Blanco counties near Dinosaur, Colorado, comprises the consolidated former Red Wash and Skull Creek properties and covers prospective uranium-bearing ground surrounding the historical Cross Bones uranium deposit. The Company also retains a 51% interest in the Fraser Lake gold-silver-copper mineral project in central British Columbia, Canada, through a joint venture with Nexus Uranium Corp. Homeland Uranium was incorporated in British Columbia in 2021 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Company changed its name from Valleyview Resources Ltd. to Homeland Uranium Corp. in March 2025 in connection with the reverse takeover of Shift Rare Metals Inc., through which it acquired the Coyote Basin and Red Wash uranium projects; it concurrently completed a C$16.1 million private placement to fund exploration and corporate purposes. In October 2025, Homeland acquired a 100% interest in the Skull Creek Uranium Mineral Project from Hightest Resources for US$300,000 in cash and 750,000 common shares, subsequently combining Skull Creek with Red Wash under the Cross Bones project name. Recent operational developments include completion of a 33-hole, 5,423-metre reverse-circulation drilling program at Coyote Basin between December 2025 and February 2026; acquisition of additional historical drilling and exploration data for Cross Bones in February 2026; completion of geological mapping, prospecting, radiometric surveying and rock sampling at Cross Bones, including identification of a new radiometric surface showing; and receipt in July 2026 of federal and Colorado permits, valid through June 2028, for up to 30 diamond drill holes at Cross Bones through its wholly owned subsidiary Shift Exploration Inc. In September 2026, the Company also elected to allow non-core mining claims at Coyote Basin to lapse as part of its portfolio rationalization and focus on priority exploration areas.
