- Thunderbird Minerals Corp. is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of early-stage precious-metal and copper mineral properties, with a focus on advancing projects toward the resource-definition stage. The Company’s principal exploration assets comprise the 100%-owned Bullseye gold project in the Whitehorse Mining District of Yukon, including the Gold Crest Zone; the 100%-owned Argo copper-gold project near Quesnel, British Columbia, situated in the Quesnel Trough; and the Apache gold-copper project in Kern County, California, where the Company holds exploration and development rights under a mineral lease and option agreement with Bull Mountain Resources, LLC. Its activities include geological mapping; soil, rock-chip and trench sampling; airborne magnetic, electromagnetic, radiometric and gravity surveys; geochemical target generation; drill-target definition; permitting; and early-stage drill-program planning. The Company has no mining production or operating revenue and seeks to create value through exploration success, property advancement, option transactions and potential development of mineral discoveries. Thunderbird Minerals was incorporated in British Columbia on November 25, 2022, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It was initially a wholly owned subsidiary of Golden Sky Minerals Corp. and became a separately listed company following a March 2023 arrangement through which it acquired the Bullseye, Eagle Mountain and Argo properties; the Eagle Mountain claims subsequently lapsed in November 2024. Thunderbird Minerals continues to assess additional prospective exploration opportunities in Canada and the United States. Recent developments include the May 2026 closing of a non-brokered private placement of 30,000,000 units at C$0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of C$1.5 million, with proceeds intended for exploration, project advancement and working capital; the November 2025 completion of a C$335,000 non-brokered private placement; planned follow-up exploration at Argo, including work on ground retained and expanded around the Argo camp; continuing permit-related and follow-up drilling considerations for Bullseye; and early-stage planning for a drill program and hyperspectral survey at Apache. In June 2026, Nav Dhaliwal resigned as Chairman and director.
