Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based manufacturer specializing in the production and distribution of plastic piping systems, technical fittings, and building materials. The company's core product portfolio comprises unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) pipes and fittings for civil drainage, electrical conduit protection, and water distribution; high-density polyethylene (HDPE) smooth-wall and corrugated pipes and fittings for municipal infrastructure, mining, and telecommunications ducting; polypropylene random copolymer (PP-R) pipes and fittings designed for hot and cold domestic and industrial water delivery; oriented unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (PVC-O) pipes engineered for high-pressure fluid transmission; solvent cements, jointing lubricants, and elastomeric rubber sealing rings; and auxiliary plastic products including industrial safety helmets, agricultural sprayers, and precision-molded components. In addition to manufacturing, the company provides technical testing, piping network design consultation, and installation support services. Binh Minh Plastics operates multiple production facilities located in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Hung Yen, and Long An, serving civil construction, residential plumbing, municipal water supply, agricultural irrigation, and industrial infrastructure sectors across Vietnam and select export markets in Southeast Asia. Founded in 1977 and headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the company operates as a subsidiary of Nawaplastic Industries Co., Ltd., a member of Thailand's Siam Cement Group (SCG). In recent developments, Binh Minh Plastics has expanded its automated extrusion and molding capacities for large-diameter HDPE and advanced PVC-O product lines, introduced eco-friendly lead-free uPVC formulations certified to international potable water standards, implemented rooftop solar photovoltaic systems across its primary manufacturing plants to reduce carbon intensity, and deepened supply chain integration with SCG Chemicals to optimize raw material procurement and operational efficiency.
