The bank delivers its services through an extensive nationwide branch and transaction office network, automated teller machines (ATMs), automated transaction centers, and proprietary digital platforms, including the MSB mBank mobile application and the TNEX digital-only banking ecosystem. In recent developments, Vietnam Maritime Commercial Joint Stock Bank has accelerated its comprehensive digital banking and IT transformation, integrating artificial intelligence, advanced credit scoring models, and electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) systems to deploy end-to-end automated digital lending platforms, such as M-Power, for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises; expanded its green credit and sustainable finance portfolio by securing credit facilities and technical assistance from international financial institutions to support climate-friendly, energy-efficient, and female-led enterprises; strengthened its regulatory capital base and capital adequacy ratios (CAR) in accordance with Basel III standards through stock dividend distributions and share capital expansion; deepened its long-term bancassurance partnership agreements to enhance non-interest fee income generation; and pursued strategic restructuring initiatives, including the planned equity divestment of its consumer finance subsidiary, FCCOM (Maritime Bank Finance Company), to refocus resources on core corporate and digital retail growth engines.
