- Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based marine terminal operator and logistics service provider primarily engaged in port management, cargo stevedoring, warehousing, and inland multimodal transportation services. Founded in 1989 and headquartered in Bien Hoa City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, the company operates as a key logistics subsidiary of the state-owned Sonadezi Corporation, serving industrial manufacturers, agricultural processors, international shipping lines, and trading enterprises across the Southern Key Economic Zone of Vietnam. The company conducts its core operations through two primary terminal clusters, Long Binh Tan Port and Go Dau Port (comprising Go Dau A and Go Dau B terminals), offering a specialized portfolio of port and logistics services comprising: full container load and less than container load stevedoring, terminal handling, and lift-on/lift-off services; dry bulk and breakbulk cargo handling for agricultural commodities, animal feed materials, fertilizers, coal, steel coils, and construction materials; specialized liquid cargo and chemical handling at dedicated jetty berths; covered warehousing, open storage yards, customs-bonded warehousing, container freight station operations, and inland container depot services; empty container depot management, container maintenance, inspection, and repair services; scheduled inland waterway barge transportation connecting regional industrial parks with deep-water maritime gateways at Cai Mep-Thi Vai and Ho Chi Minh City; vessel support services including harbor tugboat towing, berthing assistance, pilotage coordination, and freshwater supply; and freight forwarding, intermodal logistics, and customs documentation facilitation. In recent strategic and operational developments, Dong Nai Port Joint Stock Company has executed substantial capital investment programs to upgrade and expand its terminal infrastructure, including the modernization and expansion of berths at Go Dau Port to accommodate bulk vessels of up to 30,000 DWT and the expansion of container yard storage and quayside capacity at Long Binh Tan Port. To improve cargo handling efficiency and supply chain visibility, the company has deployed digital port solutions, including an integrated terminal operating system (TOS) and an electronic port (ePort) platform that enables automated gate access, digital billing, and streamlined customs connectivity. Additionally, the company has expanded its green port initiatives by investing in energy-efficient rubber-tyred gantry cranes and electric handling equipment, while reinforcing strategic alliances with regional feeder carriers and shipping consortia to increase scheduled barge connectivity between Dong Nai inland industrial hubs and international deep-sea export terminals.
