- Viglacera Corporation - JSC is a Vietnam-based manufacturer of building materials and a developer and operator of industrial parks and real estate infrastructure. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, the company operates primarily across two core business segments: Building Materials and Real Estate. Its Building Materials portfolio comprises ceramic, porcelain, and granite floor and wall tiles; large-format sintered stone slabs; vitreous china sanitaryware, including smart electronic toilets, washbasins, and urinals; bathroom fittings, shower systems, and brass faucets; architectural flat glass, ultra-clear float glass, and energy-saving coated glass including Low-E and Solar Control glass; fired clay bricks, terracotta clinker tiles, and roofing tiles; and autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks and reinforced autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) panels. In its Real Estate segment, the company develops, leases, and manages industrial parks, providing integrated utility infrastructure, factory shells, logistics land, industrial water supply, and wastewater treatment services; develops social housing and worker accommodation complexes adjacent to manufacturing hubs; and builds master-planned urban residential areas and commercial office properties. Viglacera distributes its construction materials domestically and exports to more than 40 international markets across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, while operating industrial parks across northern and central Vietnam as well as the ViMariel Special Development Zone and the Sanvig manufacturing joint venture in Cuba. In recent developments, Viglacera has expanded its manufacturing capabilities with the commercialization of large-format sintered stone produced via Sacmi Continua+ technology, broadened its ultra-clear and low-emission architectural glass lines, and accelerated investments into green and eco-industrial parks equipped with rooftop solar installations and advanced water reclamation systems. Additionally, the company has advanced the development of large-scale social housing projects for industrial workers, pursued approvals for new industrial zone expansions including the Song Cong II and Doc Da Trang industrial parks, and further integrated its operational and capital allocation strategies within the Gelex Group ecosystem following major shareholder restructuring.
