Founded in 1847 and formally established in 1944, Hisamitsu Pharmaceutical maintains its primary headquarters at the Kyushu Head Office in Tosu, Saga Prefecture, Japan, alongside a Tokyo Head Office, multiple domestic branches and sales offices, the SAGA Global Research Center, and factories in Utsunomiya and Tosu.
