(NYSE: HUBS) provides an AI-powered customer platform that integrates marketing, sales, service, content, operations, commerce, and CRM software to help businesses attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. The company offers Marketing Hub for email marketing, SEO tools, social media management, ads software, blogging, and analytics; Sales Hub for CRM, deal tracking, sales engagement, and quoting; Service Hub for ticketing, knowledge base, customer feedback, and service automation; Content Hub for AI-powered content creation, remix, and distribution; Operations Hub (including Data Hub) for data sync, quality management, programmable automation, and integrations like Snowflake; Commerce Hub for invoicing, payments, and subscriptions; and additional tools such as CMS Hub for website management, Breeze AI agents and copilot, video marketing, and programmable automation. Founded in 2006 by Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah and headquartered in Cambridge, Massachusetts, HubSpot operates global offices including EMEA headquarters in Dublin, Ireland; Asia-Pacific in Singapore; Latin America in Colombia; and locations across the United States, United Kingdom, and other regions, serving over 200,000 customers in more than 120 countries with a focus on small to enterprise businesses. Recent developments include the April 2025 acquisition of Dashworks to enhance AI-powered search and reasoning capabilities across Breeze Copilot and agents; the November 2025 acquisition of Israeli startup XFunnel to expand Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tools for AI-driven marketing and improve visibility in large language models; the 2024 acquisition of Frame AI for conversation intelligence; and the 2024 acquisition of Cacheflow for B2B subscription billing management, alongside the September 2025 launch of the Loop playbook for AI-era growth featuring over 200 product updates unveiled at INBOUND 2025.
