Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: IART), a global medical technology company founded in 1989 and headquartered in Princeton, New Jersey, develops, manufactures and markets surgical implants, instruments and regenerative technologies for neurosurgery, neurocritical care, extremity reconstruction, otolaryngology, wound care and general surgery; operates in two segments, Codman Specialty Surgical and Tissue Technologies; offers neurosurgery products including tissue ablation equipment, dural repair products, cerebral spinal fluid management devices, intracranial monitoring equipment, cranial stabilization equipment, surgical headlamps and instrumentation; provides over 40,000 instrument patterns, surgical and lighting products for hospitals, surgery centers, dental, podiatry and veterinary offices; supplies regenerative products for acute and chronic wounds such as burns and diabetic foot ulcers, along with surgical tissue repair solutions for hernia, tendon, peripheral nerve repair and protection, skin and bone grafts; delivers ear, nose and throat solutions encompassing instrumentation, balloon technologies for sinus and eustachian tube dilation, surgical navigation systems and the MicroFrance line; and sells directly through sales forces and distribution channels to hospitals, integrated health networks, group purchasing organizations and clinicians in the United States, Europe, Asia Pacific and internationally. The company recently completed its acquisition of Acclarent, Inc. from Johnson & Johnson MedTech in 2024 for $275 million plus up to $5 million in regulatory milestones, enhancing its ear, nose and throat portfolio with leading balloon sinuplasty and eustachian tube dilation technologies integrated into the Codman Specialty Surgical division; integrated the 2022 Surgical Innovation Associates acquisition, adding the DuraSorb resorbable synthetic matrix for plastic and reconstructive surgery including implant-based breast reconstruction; and continues to report organic revenue growth, with 7.1% in Q3 2025 amid focus on neurosurgical, ENT and regenerative product expansions.
