Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois, Inpoint conducts substantially all of its business through its operating partnership, InPoint REIT Operating Partnership, LP, targeting experienced operators and diversifying across property types, geographies, and tenants to deliver stable cash distributions and capital preservation. In recent developments, the company acquired two office properties in Addison and Irving, Texas, during 2024, contributing to a year-end investment portfolio of $549.2 million in commercial mortgage loans held for investment, down from $722.0 million in 2023 amid portfolio adjustments; it continues monthly NAV reporting, with aggregate NAV per share at $15.2185 as of October 31, 2025, and joined Nareit as a member in January 2024.
