It formed a partnership with PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (TLKM.JK) in late 2024 to jointly develop 5G-ready broadband services and share tower infrastructure, aiming to accelerate nationwide rollout. Additionally, PT First Media Tbk launched new enterprise-grade services in early 2025, including cloud-managed Wi-Fi solutions and cybersecurity bundles tailored for SMEs, while completing the acquisition of a regional ISP in West Java to bolster its market share.
