Business
Infield Minerals Corp. is a Canadian mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and evaluation of precious- and base-metals properties in the U.S. Great Basin, with a primary focus on gold exploration in Utah and Nevada. The Company’s principal activities include geological mapping; geochemical and geophysical surveying; claim staking and land-package consolidation; drilling-target generation; mineral-property optioning and evaluation; and the advancement of early-stage gold exploration assets. Its core portfolio includes the Kings Canyon Gold Project in Millard County, Utah, which hosts disseminated Carlin-type gold mineralization and is held through its subsidiary, Kings Canyon Gold Corp., under an option to acquire a 100% interest, subject to pre-existing royalties; and the Detroit sediment-hosted gold property in Utah. Infield Minerals serves the mineral exploration and resource-development sector and pursues value creation through mineral discoveries, project acquisitions and sustainable development of high-potential assets. Founded in 2020, the Company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and its operations are concentrated in the western United States. In recent developments, Infield completed a C$1.25 million non-brokered private placement in May 2026 to fund exploration, working capital and corporate purposes; entered into an option arrangement for the Detroit Gold Property in Utah and subsequently expanded the Detroit land package from 5,115 acres to 14,122 acres through additional claims and a five-year exploration agreement covering contiguous Utah state-managed land; expanded the Kings Canyon land position by approximately 85% to 5,818 acres through the staking of 132 additional lode claims; and issued common shares to Geomark Minerals USA Inc. in July 2026 in connection with an option payment for Kings Canyon. The Company changed its TSX Venture Exchange trading symbol from INFD to IN in October 2025.
