Business
INEO Tech Corp. develops and supplies connected entrance infrastructure for brick-and-mortar retailers, integrating in-store retail media, loss-prevention technology and cloud-connected store intelligence. Founded in 2016 and headquartered in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, the Company operates principally through its wholly owned subsidiary, INEO Solutions Inc., and serves retail customers in Canada, the United States, Colombia, the United Kingdom and Mexico. Its principal offerings include the patented INEO Welcoming System and INEO Welcoming Pedestal, which combine electronic article surveillance (EAS) security-tag detection, digital-display screens, edge processing, video capture and artificial-intelligence-enabled loss-prevention capabilities at retail-store entrances and exits; the INEO Welcoming DUO, an entrance-pedestal configuration incorporating dual-sided digital media display and EAS functionality; cloud-based software and dashboards for remotely scheduling and managing digital content, monitoring system health, administering retailer controls and generating reports; retail traffic, exposure and loss-event analytics; alarm-event video capture and mobile notifications; digital signage and in-store advertising inventory; and programmatic retail-media campaign management, measurement and reporting services. The Company operates the INEO Media Network, a digital-signage and retail-analytics platform, and INEO Retail Media, which sells and manages advertising across its connected entrance and in-store screen network for brands, agencies and retailers. INEO’s platform is designed to help retailers deter theft, improve operational visibility, obtain store-traffic and loss-prevention insights, and generate incremental media revenue from front-of-store infrastructure. Recent developments include the completion of an integration with Dolphin Digital’s supply-side platform, enabling advertisers and agencies to purchase INEO screen inventory through private marketplace and programmatic channels with DMA targeting, dayparting, standardized delivery reporting and privacy-safe analytics; the January 2026 appointment of Mansoor Ali and Gino Gualtieri to its board to support retail-media monetization, retail technology and scaled deployment initiatives; the May 2026 commencement of full production and initial United Kingdom installation of the patented Welcoming DUO system; and the October 2025 closing of a C$239,600 non-brokered private placement to support working capital, customer deployments and product development.
