Business
inTEST Corporation (NYSE American: INTT), founded in 1981 and headquartered in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, provides innovative test and process technology solutions for manufacturing and testing across semiconductor, automotive/EV, defense/aerospace, industrial, life sciences, security, and telecommunications markets worldwide. The company operates through three segments offering Electronic Test products including manipulator systems such as Cobal and LS series, tester interfaces, scorpion flying probe test systems, BRiZ automated test and programming services, functional test platforms, touch display testers, and wafer-level optical component testers; Environmental Technologies solutions comprising ThermoStream temperature management tools, thermal chambers, thermal platforms, Thermonics temperature conditioning products with tempered gas or fluid, and ultra-cold storage including biomedical freezers, refrigerators, and mobile units; and Process Technologies encompassing EKOHEAT and EASYHEAT induction heating systems plus digital streaming and image capturing solutions. inTEST markets these specialized products to semiconductor manufacturers, third-party foundries, test and assembly providers, and original equipment manufacturers in the United States and internationally. In March 2024, inTEST completed the acquisition of Alfamation S.p.A., an Italy-based provider of test and measurement solutions for automotive, life sciences, and consumer electronics, enhancing its product portfolio and global presence through this strategic cash transaction aligned with its 5-Point growth strategy. Recent developments include a June 2025 leadership transition appointing Richard Rogoff as President of the Environmental Technologies Division, expanded term loan funding extending maturity to September 2027 for greater financial flexibility, robust Q3 2025 orders growth of 34% year-over-year driven by auto/EV, industrial, and defense/aerospace demand despite revenue softness from shipment delays, and ongoing execution of VISION2030 targeting $200-250 million annual revenue by 2025 via organic expansion and complementary acquisitions.
