Recent developments include a six-year frame agreement with ConocoPhillips for maintenance and modifications on the Eldfisk and Ekofisk fields offshore Norway starting in 2027; a five-year brownfield engineering, procurement and construction enabling contract extension with ExxonMobil Canada for the Hebron platform; a renewed multi-year IT collaboration with Cognizant to modernize infrastructure using AI platforms; and changes to the executive management team in December 2025.
