Furthermore, Iridium supplies integrated voice and data solutions, featuring devices for tracking personnel and assets like equipment, vehicles, and aircraft. Their offerings extend to beyond-line-of-sight communication for aviation, critical maritime communication applications, highly specialized connectivity for high-value individuals, and secure mobile communication and data devices tailored for military and intelligence sectors, including secure satellite handsets, as well as netted voice, messaging, and paging services. They also provide ongoing maintenance and support for the dedicated gateway utilized by the United States government, a long-standing customer. Recent initiatives include partnerships for Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) NB-IoT connectivity, collaboration with Qualcomm for satellite integration into Snapdragon platforms, and the development of a global GPS device protection chip. The company's product lineup comprises satellite handsets, personal communicators, voice and data modems, broadband data terminals, and IoT data modules. A wide range of accessories for these devices is also available, such as batteries, protective holsters, earbud headphones, portable auxiliary antennas, antenna adapters, USB data cables, and charging units. Additionally, Iridium provides extensive engineering and support services. The distribution of these products and services to commercial end-users is managed through an extensive wholesale network, which includes service providers, value-added resellers, and manufacturers.
