- InZinc Mining Ltd. engages in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation and development of base and precious metals mineral properties in Canada, with a primary focus on advancing its wholly owned Indy Sedex project in central British Columbia. The Company’s principal exploration targets comprise zinc, lead, silver, gallium and barite mineralization, including near-surface sedimentary-exhalative and replacement-style sulphide systems; it also maintains exposure to indium and other North American base-metals opportunities through an equity investment in American West Metals Limited and a net-smelter-return entitlement to 50% of indium-sale revenue from American West’s West Desert project in Utah, subject to reduction provisions. Indy covers approximately 200 square kilometres across a 30-kilometre prospective stratigraphic corridor located approximately 90 kilometres southeast of Prince George, British Columbia, with road access and proximity to rail, power, ports and smelting infrastructure. InZinc’s current activities consist principally of geological mapping, geochemical and geophysical surveys, diamond drilling, mineral-resource delineation and exploration-target generation, rather than commercial mineral production. Incorporated in 1997 and formerly known as Lithic Resources Ltd., InZinc Mining Ltd. adopted its current name in February 2014 and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Recent developments include the April 2026 closing of a non-brokered private placement generating aggregate gross proceeds of C$1.047 million to fund drilling and working capital; completion of a seven-hole, 1,437-metre spring 2026 diamond-drilling program at the B-9 Apex Zone; and reporting in July 2026 of shallow, stacked zinc-lead-silver-gallium mineralization at Indy, including an interval of 15.0 metres grading 7.0% zinc, 3.2% lead and 17.5 grams per tonne silver, with a higher-grade 3.0-metre interval containing 10.7% zinc, 11.7% lead, 61.8 grams per tonne silver and 2.8% gallium. The drilling program follows the 2025 extension of the B-9 mineralized trend to more than 1,000 metres of drill-defined strike length and supports further evaluation of potential open-pit-accessible conventional sulphide resources at Indy.
