The Life Sciences segment manufactures and distributes monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, diagnostic reagents, and immuno-reagents for biomedical research; offers antibody manufacturing services for academic, non-profit, and commercial clients; and produces original equipment manufacturer products for other life sciences firms. The Manufacturing segment supplies mixing equipment and apparatus serving industries including chemicals, inks, paints, construction, plastics, adhesives, cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals. Founded in 1974 with roots in New York operations and incorporated in Nevada in 2000 (formerly Janel World Trade Ltd. until 2015), the company maintains headquarters at 80 Eighth Avenue, New York, New York, and conducts business primarily in the United States with global reach through international networks.
