Recent developments include the repurchase of 53% of its Series A Convertible Preferred Stock for approximately $559 million from funds advised by Apax Partners and Periphas Capital, completed in October 2025 with amended credit agreements adding $550 million in secured term loans; and an expansion of its Canadian Receivables Purchase Agreement in November 2025, increasing the program cap to C$500 million in partnership with key financial institutions.
