(TSX: GUD) is a pan-American (ex-US) specialty pharmaceutical company that acquires, in-licenses, out-licenses, markets and commercializes innovative prescription pharmaceuticals in Canada and Latin America. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Montreal, Quebec, the company operates through wholly-owned subsidiaries including Biotoscana Farma, United Medical and Laboratorio LKM, with presence in Canada and 10 Latin American countries such as Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, employing over 700 people globally. Knight focuses on therapeutic areas including oncology and hematology, infectious diseases, pain and gastrointestinal, ophthalmic, women's health, urology and other specialty segments; its marketed products include Movantik for opioid-induced constipation, Probuphine for opioid dependence, Impavido for leishmaniasis, Burinex for edema, Halaven and Lenvima for cancer indications, Aloxi for chemotherapy-induced nausea, Minjuvi for relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, Qelbree for ADHD, Bijuva and Imvexxy for menopausal symptoms, Trelstar for prostate cancer, Salofalk for ulcerative colitis, Ursofalk for biliary cirrhosis, Exelon for dementia, as well as Karfib for multiple myeloma and Pemazyre for cholangiocarcinoma following recent regulatory approvals. In March 2025, Knight entered a definitive agreement to acquire the Paladin business from Endo Operations Limited for an upfront cash payment of $120 million including inventory, closing in June 2025 for approximately $107 million with potential additional contingent payments of up to US$15 million, significantly expanding its Canadian portfolio with stable cash-flow generating pharmaceuticals. In June 2025, the company entered exclusive licensing agreements with Sumitomo Pharma America for MYFEMBREE, ORGOVYX and vibegron in Canada, plus mature products, for an upfront of C$25.4 million and up to C$15.75 million in milestones, enhancing its women's health, urology and prostate cancer offerings. Most recently in October 2025, Knight closed a US$100 million secured revolving credit facility to support growth, while reporting record-high Q3 2025 revenues and Adjusted EBITDA alongside increased full-year financial guidance.
