Asiamet Resources Limited (AIM: ARS, OTC: KMGLF) is an emerging mid-tier exploration and development company focused on copper, copper-gold and polymetallic deposits in Indonesia. The company holds a 100% interest in the KSK Contract of Work in Central Kalimantan, encompassing the development-ready BKM copper project, a heap-leach solvent extraction-electrowinning operation with updated 2025 JORC-compliant Ore Reserves of 28.4Mt at 0.7% Cu containing 207kt copper; the adjacent BKZ polymetallic deposit with Inferred Resources including 1.68Mt at 6.0% Zn, 2.4% Pb, 45ppm Ag and 0.27ppm Au in the Upper Zone and 1.6Mt at 1.3% Cu and 17ppm Ag in the Lower Copper Zone; and a pipeline of 15 additional copper, gold and polymetallic exploration targets such as BKW, BKS, Beruang Tengah and Gold Ridge. Asiamet also owns an 80% interest in the Beutong IUP-OP copper-gold-molybdenum project on Sumatra, featuring JORC-compliant Resources of 409Mt at 0.48% Cu, 0.13ppm Au, 1.28ppm Ag and 120ppm Mo on a 100% basis. Operations target Asian growth markets from projects on Kalimantan and Sumatra. Incorporated in 1997 and headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a registered office in Hamilton, Bermuda, the company was formerly Kalimantan Gold Corporation Ltd. Recent developments include the May 2025 release of an optimised BKM Stage 1 Feasibility Study reducing pre-production capital to US$178.4 million from US$235.4 million, with a post-tax NPV8 of US$109.7 million, IRR of 17.3% and C1 cash cost of US$1.79/lb; a US$3.55 million fundraise in October 2024 via placement to PT BUMA Internasional Grup Tbk (increasing its stake) and management; appointment of Mudit Goenka as Head of Corporate Finance in November 2024 and Grant Samuel to lead strategic investor processes in July 2025; progression of project financing with five NDAs signed; and a conditional agreement announced November 2025 to sell its KSK interest to Norin Mining (Hong Kong) Limited for US$105 million gross cash consideration, subject to shareholder approval.
