Additionally, Kindred Group plc fully acquired Relax Gaming in 2021, strengthening its proprietary product development and generating annual synergies of €8 million through reduced costs and expanded B2B offerings. In Q4 2024, the company advanced its responsible gambling initiatives, reducing high-risk player revenue to 2.7%.
