Krones AG, headquartered in Neutraubling, Germany, and founded in 1951, designs, manufactures and supplies complete production lines and individual machines for process technology, filling technology, packaging technology, intralogistics, plastics recycling and digitalization solutions to producers of beverages, liquid foods, stimulants, chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals worldwide. The company's core offerings encompass process equipment such as decanter centrifuges for solid-liquid separation, valves, pumps, homogenizers and brewing systems via subsidiaries including Steinecker, Evoguard, Ampco Pumps, Milkron, Perfinox and Krones Process Group North America; filling and packaging systems including labellers, low-to-medium output lines, injection molding via Netstal and custom automation via Gernep, Kosme and R+D Custom Automation; intralogistics through System Logistics; plastics recycling solutions via Krones Recycling; lifecycle services including pre-owned machines via ecomac, expendables via KIC Krones and service support via Krones Service Europe; and digital services via Syskron and Process and Data Automation. Krones operates through more than 100 subsidiaries and production sites globally, with approximately 20,000 employees, 90% of sales generated abroad and 2024 consolidated revenue of 5.293 billion euros. In July 2025, Krones acquired a 60% majority stake in GHS Separationstechnik GmbH to enhance process technology capabilities in decanter centrifuges for vegetable oils, juices, alternative foods and PET recycling; in September 2025, the company completed the full acquisition of Can Systems Worldwide Holding B.V. in the Netherlands to strengthen expertise in specialized machinery for can end handling serving beer, beverage and food industries.
