In October 2025, Sangsangin Co., Ltd., an affiliate, agreed to sell a 90% stake in Sangsangin Savings Bank to KBI Group for approximately KRW 110 billion, with the transaction pending regulatory approval and expected to close by March 2026; earlier in July 2025, OK Financial Group's proposed acquisition of the savings bank collapsed due to disagreements on price and contract terms. In September 2025, the company announced plans to divest shares in Korea Exchange valued at KRW 15 billion. Sangsangin maintains operations through subsidiaries and focuses on intermediary services in investment banking, securities, and financial derivatives trading.
