- Wizit Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based technology manufacturing company primarily engaged in the development, precision machining, and surface engineering of consumable components for semiconductor and flat panel display manufacturing equipment, alongside the production of power supply electronics through its consolidated subsidiaries. Founded in February 1997 and headquartered in Incheon, South Korea, the company operates across the semiconductor, display, and power electronics sectors, supplying critical process parts to domestic and international device manufacturers and equipment original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
The company organizes its business into two primary operating divisions: Display and Semiconductor Equipment Parts, and Power Supply Systems. Wizit manufactures, sells, and services a comprehensive range of precision products, including: chemical vapor deposition (CVD) equipment components, such as susceptors, heater blocks, and gas diffusers engineered to support substrates and ensure uniform gas flow and thermal distribution; photolithography and coating parts, including exposure chucks and coater chucks with anti-reflective properties to secure glass substrates and prevent secondary exposure defects; dry etching process components, comprising upper and lower electrode assemblies, chamber liners, process kit walls, and mask frames; surface treatment and equipment maintenance services, providing specialized hard anodizing, plasma spray coating, precision cleaning, and re-anodizing solutions to restore worn process parts and extend operational lifecycles; and power conversion products through its listed subsidiary Powernet Co., Ltd., which develops and manufactures switched-mode power supplies (SMPS), power adapters, and custom inverter units for display panels, audio-visual systems, household appliances, and Internet of Things (IoT) network equipment.
In recent strategic developments, Wizit has expanded its technical capabilities to capture demand in high-performance computing and next-generation packaging applications, introducing specialized consumable components engineered for glass substrate semiconductor manufacturing equipment and high-density semiconductor fabrication lines. Operationally, the company has modernized its manufacturing facilities through smart factory integration to enhance precision yield rates and quality management. Additionally, Wizit has executed governance and executive leadership reorganizations to streamline corporate oversight, while focusing subsidiary operations on high-efficiency power modules for artificial intelligence server infrastructure and smart home energy management systems.
