Business
Paru Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based technology and renewable energy company specializing in the design, development, and manufacture of solar tracking systems, printed electronics, agricultural automation equipment, and environmental hygiene solutions. Established in 1993 and headquartered in Suncheon-si, Jeollanam-do, South Korea, the company is listed on the KOSDAQ market under the ticker 043200 and serves commercial, industrial, agricultural, and utility-scale customers across South Korea and international markets, including North America, Europe, and Asia. The company operates through three primary business divisions: Solar Energy, Printed Electronics, and Environmental & Agricultural Hygiene. In its Solar Energy division, Paru manufactures single-axis and dual-axis solar trackers; fixed-tilt photovoltaic mounting structures; specialized agrivoltaic tracking systems optimized for dual-use agricultural farming and power generation; optical real-time dual-axis solar tracking sensors; slew drives and linear actuators; integrated monitoring systems; and turnkey solar power plant engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) and consulting services. Its Printed Electronics division develops and produces silver nano-ink and conductive electronic inks; printed flexible film heaters; printed radio frequency identification (RFID) tags and antennas; flexible printed circuit boards (FPCBs); transparent heating films; and printed temperature and biosensors utilized in automotive, consumer electronics, home appliance, and healthcare applications. Its Environmental & Agricultural Hygiene division offers automated pest control and mist sprayers; agricultural utility transport vehicles; quarantine and vehicle disinfection systems; air coolers and greenhouse environmental controllers; and personal hygiene and sanitation products marketed under the Plu brand, including hand sanitizers, antiseptic cleansers, and body scrubs. In recent developments, Paru executed a two-to-one share consolidation in 2026 to optimize its capital structure, adjust circulating share volume, and enhance stock value stability. The company has also accelerated its strategic business expansion into agrivoltaic renewable energy infrastructure and high-efficiency smart farming solar installations, while expanding commercialization efforts and industrial partnerships for its conductive nano-ink and flexible printed heater technologies.
