HC Homecenter Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based holding and operating company primarily engaged in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, and retailing of construction materials, petroleum products, and leisure services. The company operates through four core business segments: Building Materials, Petroleum Distribution, Leisure and Hospitality, and Real Estate and Corporate Management. In its Building Materials division, HC Homecenter provides a comprehensive portfolio of civil engineering and structural building products, including ready-mixed concrete (remicon); construction aggregates, crushed stone, and washed sand; Portland cement, slag cement, and specialty dry mortars; asphalt concrete (ascon); ceramic wall and floor tiles; sanitary ware and bathroom fixtures; waterproofing membranes and thermal insulation materials; and reinforcing steel bars and piping supplies. Through its Petroleum Distribution division, the company operates retail service stations and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) charging stations, distributing refined petroleum fuels such as gasoline, diesel, kerosene, heavy oil, and industrial lubricants to commercial fleets, industrial contractors, and retail consumers. In its Leisure and Hospitality division, the company manages urban wellness and hot-spring recreational complexes, offering indoor water parks, traditional thermal saunas, spas, and health club facilities under the Elybaden brand. Additionally, the company engages in commercial real estate leasing, logistics storage, and property management services. Founded in 1988 and headquartered in Daegu, South Korea, HC Homecenter Co., Ltd. primarily serves commercial contractors, infrastructure developers, and retail customers throughout Daegu, Gyeongsangbuk-do, and surrounding domestic regions, operating key manufacturing and processing subsidiaries such as BoGwang Industrial Co., Ltd. In recent developments, HC Homecenter has undertaken corporate and operational reorganizations to enhance holding governance and maximize production synergies across its construction supply affiliates. The company has expanded its regional supply contracts for large-scale infrastructure and urban renewal projects across the Daegu-Gyeongbuk metropolitan area, invested in automated production line upgrades, broadened its portfolio with eco-friendly recycled aggregate and low-carbon concrete formulations, and modernized its retail energy network with upgraded fueling infrastructure.
