Business
AMOGREENTECH Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based advanced materials and electronic component manufacturer specializing in the development and commercialization of high-efficiency magnetic materials, power electronics substrates, energy storage systems, and nano-fiber applications. Founded in January 2004 and headquartered in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, the company operates as a core affiliate of the AMO Group alongside entities such as Amotech Co., Ltd. AMOGREENTECH supplies customized high-tech solutions to global original equipment manufacturers and tier-1 suppliers across the electric vehicle, renewable energy, telecommunications, artificial intelligence data center, and consumer electronics sectors. The company's product portfolio is organized across four principal business divisions: Magnetic Components, Energy Storage Systems, Advanced Substrates, and Nano-Material Solutions. Within its Magnetic Components segment, the company manufactures high-efficiency nanocrystalline and amorphous magnetic cores; powder cores; common mode chokes; hybrid inductors; cut cores; and current transformers engineered for electric vehicle on-board chargers, traction inverters, DC-DC converters, and rapid-charging stations to minimize power loss and electromagnetic interference. Its Energy Storage Systems segment designs and manufactures lithium iron phosphate battery packs, high-capacity modules, and integrated rack systems utilized for telecommunication base station backup power, commercial and industrial smart grid storage, renewable energy installations, and uninterruptible power supply applications. The Advanced Substrates division develops silicon nitride Active Metal Brazing substrate modules; wireless pin-integrated dual-side cooling modules; and heatsink-integrated substrates engineered to deliver high thermal dissipation and mechanical reliability in high-voltage silicon carbide and gallium nitride power semiconductor assemblies. Its Nano-Material and Thermal division produces electrospun nano-fiber membranes for automotive venting and water filtration systems; thermal interface materials; metallic electromagnetic shielding converters; and flexible thin-film batteries for wearable and smart electronics. In recent strategic developments, AMOGREENTECH has expanded its operational and technological focus toward high-density power management solutions for artificial intelligence data center infrastructure and high-voltage 800V electric vehicle architectures. The company has accelerated the commercial scaling of its silicon nitride Active Metal Brazing substrate modules and pin-integrated dual-side cooling platforms to support wide-bandgap silicon carbide power modules in heavy-duty automotive inverters and immersion-cooled GPU carrier boards. Additionally, AMOGREENTECH has expanded its international market reach through strategic global distribution alliances, including partnerships with Richardson Electronics to supply lithium iron phosphate battery storage systems and high-efficiency magnetic power components across North American and European industrial, energy, and telecommunications markets.
