OE Solutions Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture, and distribution of optoelectronic transceiver solutions for wireless and wireline optical communications, broadband access networks, telecommunication networks, and data center infrastructures. The company offers a comprehensive portfolio of optical transceivers and optoelectronic components, including: high-speed optical transceivers in various form factors such as SFP, SFP+, SFP28, QSFP+, QSFP28, QSFP-DD, and OSFP; wireless fronthaul, midhaul, and backhaul optical transceivers supporting 10G, 25G, 50G, 100G, and 200G data rates for 4G LTE and 5G mobile network architectures; Smart SFP modules integrated with Operations, Administration, and Maintenance (OAM) capabilities, IEEE 1588 precision timing protocol synchronization, packet processing, and remote diagnostic testing functions; coherent optical transceivers including 100G and 400G QSFP-DD and CFP2-DCO modules designed for metro aggregation and data center interconnect (DCI) networks; high-speed datacenter optical transceivers covering 100G, 400G, and 800G interconnects for enterprise cloud and artificial intelligence computing clusters; passive optical network (PON) transceivers such as GPON, XG-PON, XGS-PON, and NG-PON2 solutions for fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband deployments; and in-house fabricated optical semiconductor components, including distributed feedback (DFB) laser diodes, electro-absorption modulated lasers (EML), and optical sub-assemblies (TOSA, ROSA, and BOSA). The company caters primarily to global telecommunication service providers, Tier-1 network equipment manufacturers (NEMs), enterprise data centers, and internet service providers across domestic and international markets. In recent strategic and operational developments, OE Solutions Co., Ltd. has expanded the commercial production of its proprietary Indium Phosphide (InP) optical semiconductor laser chip fabrication facility, ramping up internal manufacturing of high-performance DFB and EML laser chips to vertically integrate its supply chain, reduce dependency on external optical component suppliers, and enhance cost competitiveness. The company has also broadened its advanced transmission portfolio with the commercial rollout of 400G and 800G optical transceivers optimized for high-bandwidth artificial intelligence computing clusters and hyperscale cloud data centers, alongside specialized 25G/50G bidirectional (BiDi) and coherent optics engineered for 5G-Advanced and Open RAN (O-RAN) architectures. Furthermore, the company continues to expand strategic supply relationships and technical collaboration initiatives with major network equipment vendors and telecom carriers across North America, Europe, Japan, and other Asia-Pacific regions. Founded in 2003, OE Solutions Co., Ltd. is headquartered in Gwangju, South Korea. The company maintains an international operational presence through overseas subsidiaries and regional offices, including OE Solutions America, Inc. located in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States, alongside sales and technical support networks spanning Europe, Japan, and Greater China.
