Business
Bonne Co., Ltd. is a South Korea-based cosmetic original design manufacturer (ODM), original equipment manufacturer (OEM), and brand developer specializing in turnkey beauty and personal care solutions. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Seoul, South Korea, the company operates an asset-light business model focusing on research, development, product planning, formula design, packaging, and marketing without owning capital-intensive manufacturing facilities, coordinating production through an extensive network of specialized manufacturing partners. The company operates through two primary business divisions: the OEM/ODM division and the Proprietary Brand division, complemented by eco-friendly household care and total marketing operations via subsidiaries including Atosafe Co., Ltd. and Kubrick Corporation. Bonne Co., Ltd. offers a comprehensive portfolio of products and services, including: full-service cosmetic ODM and OEM solutions encompassing market research, formula R&D, custom packaging engineering, quality assurance, and global regulatory compliance; skincare products such as facial cleansers, toners, serums, ampoules, anti-aging and anti-wrinkle creams, acne treatments, sheet masks, and hydrogel needle patches; color cosmetics comprising makeup primers, foundations, cushions, concealers, eyeshadows, mascaras, lipsticks, and lip tints; hair and body care formulations including body washes, lotions, body mists, balms, shampoos, conditioners, and hair dye products; specialized men's grooming and infant skincare lines; eco-friendly household goods such as eco-certified laundry detergents, fabric softeners, and dishwashing liquids; and proprietary beauty brands, notably its flagship makeup and skincare label Touch in SOL, natural skincare brand FORESTHEAL, and color brand STAGE Q. The company serves global beauty conglomerates, fast-growing indie cosmetic brands, and major retail chains across key international markets including North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. In recent developments, Bonne Co., Ltd. underwent a significant ownership and governance transition in 2026, with former Ourhome Chairman Koo Mi-hyun acquiring a controlling 37.70% equity stake to become the largest shareholder. To strengthen its liquidity position and fund strategic operational expansion, the company executed capital-raising measures in mid-2026, including the issuance of KRW 10 billion in private convertible bonds and a KRW 2.2 billion third-party allotment capital increase. Operationally, the company has expanded the domestic retail footprint of its Touch in SOL brand through dedicated brand spaces in major CJ Olive Young outlets, while continuing to scale its supply of color and skincare OEM/ODM formulations to indie beauty brands across North America.
