In recent corporate developments, SG Co., Ltd. has strategically expanded its international presence, focusing on post-conflict infrastructure rehabilitation in Ukraine. The company established its local operational subsidiary, LLC SG Ukraine, and secured multi-year supply contracts totaling approximately 25 million euros with Ukrainian construction contractors DS Prom Group LLC and LLC Eurobud Plus to supply Eco Steel Ascon through 2026. To secure supply chain integration, the company established a raw material partnership with Metinvest Group for localized industrial steel slag procurement and received technical validation and official test certifications from Ukraine's National Infrastructure Development Institute following successful test paving near Kyiv. In addition, the company's road reconstruction initiatives were selected for South Korea's government-backed overseas infrastructure market development feasibility study program, further supporting the global expansion and commercialization of its patented eco-friendly asphalt technologies.
