HS HYOSUNG Corporation is a South Korea-based holding company that operates, manages, and develops a diversified portfolio of industrial advanced materials, information technology infrastructure, automotive mobility dealerships, and global supply chain logistics businesses. Established on July 1, 2024, following a strategic corporate spin-off from Hyosung Corporation, the company is headquartered in Seoul, Republic of Korea, and trades on the Korea Exchange under the ticker symbol 487570. HS HYOSUNG Corporation exercises governance over its principal operating subsidiaries, including HS Hyosung Advanced Materials Corporation, HS Hyosung Information Systems Co., Ltd., HS Hyosung Holdings USA, Inc., HS Hyosung Global Logistics Vina Co., Ltd., and specialized luxury automotive retail networks. The company delivers an extensive range of engineered products and commercial services organized across key business segments: In its Advanced Materials segment, the company manufactures and markets high-performance industrial fiber and composite products, including polyester (PET) and nylon tire cords; steel cord and bead wire for radial tire reinforcements; high-tenacity seatbelt yarns; airbag fabrics, yarns, and sewn cushion modules; automotive interior carpets and molded floor mats; specialized industrial sewing threads; high-tensile carbon fiber developed for aerospace, compressed natural gas (CNG), hydrogen fuel tanks, and defense applications under the proprietary TANSOME brand; and heat-resistant, high-strength para-aramid fibers utilized in optical cable reinforcement, protective apparel, and industrial friction materials under the ALKEX brand. In its Information Technology and Digital Infrastructure segment, the company provides enterprise data storage systems; hybrid cloud management platforms; artificial intelligence (AI) and high-performance computing (HPC) data architectures; big data analytics solutions; enterprise software integration; and comprehensive lifecycle IT maintenance and consulting services. In its Mobility and Services segment, the company operates authorized import dealerships and service networks providing retail sales, vehicle financing, leasing, genuine parts distribution, and certified mechanical maintenance for premium automobile marques, including Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, Lexus, Jaguar, and Land Rover through dealership subsidiaries such as HS Hyosung The Class, HS Hyosung Toyota, HS Hyosung The Premium, and HS Hyosung Premier Motors. In its Logistics segment, the company offers integrated international freight forwarding, customs clearance, multimodal cargo transportation, and supply chain management services serving global manufacturing and industrial clients. In recent developments, HS HYOSUNG Corporation completed its landmark spin-off and corporate restructuring from the legacy Hyosung Group in mid-2024 to establish an autonomous management structure dedicated to high-growth advanced materials and next-generation technologies. Following the restructuring, the company executed a unified global rebranding across all operating subsidiaries under the HS Hyosung identity. The group has accelerated capital expenditures to expand production capacity for TANSOME carbon fiber and ALKEX aramid fibers across facilities in South Korea and Southeast Asia, including the completion and scale-up of dedicated carbon fiber production lines in Vietnam. In addition, the company has diversified into green mobility and next-generation energy materials through strategic partnerships and joint initiatives in silicon anode battery materials, while deploying corporate venture capital toward deep-tech investments in industrial artificial intelligence, robotics, and cloud automation to enhance smart manufacturing operations throughout its global supply network.
