In 2025, the company faces ongoing debt restructuring challenges, including a winding-up petition adjourned to December 2025 and a HKEX disciplinary action in November against the firm and its directors for Listing Rules breaches; it also completed a HK$8.2 billion refinancing in January for The Corniche luxury residential project in a joint venture with Logan Group.
