Business
Li-FT Power Ltd. is a mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of lithium pegmatite projects located in Canada. The company focuses on hard-rock lithium deposits, with its flagship 100%-owned Yellowknife Lithium Project comprising 13 mineral leases and one mineral claim covering 1,504.7 hectares in the Northwest Territories; additional projects include the recently acquired DeStaffany, LDG, and Mackay lithium properties in the same region, as well as the Rupert, Pontax, and Moyenne projects totaling 228,237 hectares prospective for lithium. Incorporated in 2021 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, Li-FT Power targets the lithium supply chain for battery technologies, operating primarily in Canada's Northwest Territories and Quebec with a lean team of three employees. In late 2024, the company closed its acquisition of 100% interest in the DeStaffany, LDG, and Mackay projects from North Arrow Minerals Inc. via a definitive agreement involving 250,000 common shares and reclamation bonds; earlier in 2025, it divested 313 mineral claims totaling 167 square kilometers to Power Metallic Mines for $700,000 cash and 6 million shares; Li-FT also appointed Anthony Tse as Executive Chairman, bringing expertise from the lithium battery value chain including prior roles at Allkem and Nano One Materials Corp.
